She’s a world traveler (she even holds 3 passports) and has lived in Telluride, Maui, and Whistler just to name a few. In her free time, she is always finding new destinations to explore and pretty much always has a suitcase packed and ready to go. When she is at home, she’s hosting family & friends for summer beach fires or winter Sundays cheering on the Seahawks.

Heather Taylor has a wealth of knowledge in the industry that has expanded over 23 years. Once her Son, Sterling Roe, decided to become a Realtor, a bigger picture developed. The vision was to build a team that provides Real Estate services to clients anywhere in the Greater Puget Sound. This allows each Broker to focus on a local territory but still work as a Team to collaborate and offer personalized attention to each seller or buyer.
Our team of 8 includes Sterling Roe & Mark Forgette in the Greater Seattle/Eastside area. Karen Durham is our Anacortes based Broker that covers Skagit County. Heather Taylor, Sandra Hurtley, & Solveig Johnson are based in Whatcom County. The Taylor Team is a family business that also includes Steve Taylor (Heather's husband) as our Showing Broker and Stephanie Brown (Heather’s sister) as our Client Services coordinator. All of our Brokers are natives to the PNW, and we have a depth of understanding for each community that we represent.
